Wendy Simon is now officially retired from teaching and is singing around again. Look out for her “comeback!”

Classically trained, with an enviable range, but with an unerring sense of swing, Wendy is a dramatic singer. Whether interpreting a balled or scatting at high velocity, Wendy Simon is not a singer you cannot ignore. She’s always been my favorite, and I am glad to see her back on the scene.

She was part of the Tuxedo Junction / 52nd street duo in the seventies along with Eric Spiegel (Shaw).

Wendy has been serving the past few years as President of the Jazz Bridge organization who helps Philadelphia area Jazz musicians and singers in need.
