A graduate of the prestigious Berklee College of Music, (1973) he has accumulated decadesof real world experiences with big bands and small ensembles, touring and recording with some of the greatest names in American music.
He has given workshops all over the world, leading outstanding programs at many colleges and music schools including his alma mater, Berklee. Tim has also enriched many high school programs with his unique approach.
